Story
A gift set composed by the chef Hugo Roellinger to mark the start of the 2026 edition of the "Route du Rhum". This legendary sea race connects Saint-Malo, Brittany, with Guadeloupe, a Caribbean Island.
"Quart de Nuit" is the name of the infusion Hugo created for the famous French sailor Armel Le Cléac’h.
Colombo is a blend of spices borned in the Caribbean islands. To continue this journey across the Atlantic, a Cajun spice blend from Louisiana has been included in this gift set.
