Ryoko Sekiguchi’s Pantry

Following our collaboration with the writer Ryoko Sekiguchi on the Japanese Curry and the Yakumi Voyageur, we continue this work on Japanese seasonings with Ryoko’s Pantry.

Although Ryoko Sekiguchi lives in Paris, she regularly travels to Japan for work. She always brings back treasures in her suitcase : the result of her encounters with producers of soy sauce, rice vinegar and condiments. Toghether, we select and gather the very best from Japan.
