The recipe booklet is illustrated by Pradeep Puthoor, a highly talented painter and illustrator. Pradeep Puthoor was born in 1965 in Puthoor, Kerala. He lives and works in Trivandrum. His artistic work is recognized in India and featured in several collections around the world.
