Tandoori is a hallmark dish in Indian cuisine that’s made by marinating meat, fish, or vegetables in a mixture of yogurt and spices before baking the foods in a tandoor, or traditional Indian oven. Use to season meat, fish, and vegetable marinades. Unlike other tandoori blends, ours is not red because we don’t use any artificial colors.
