The words of Olivier Roellinger

Regularly washing up on the shores of St. Malo is the flotsam and jetsam of yesteryear; pieces of cannon barrels and treasure trunks. Whilst perusing an old ship log that listed all of the goods on board one of the wrecked vessels, I began to imagine the smell and the taste of the spices that could have been salvaged from it; perhaps in a lost pitcher whose edges had been eroded by the seashells and algae in the bay, like one of the Art Nouveau vases from the Villa Majorelle in Nancy. Having remained underneath the waters for more than three centuries, the spices would have taken on the taste of the depths of the ocean and the South Seas.
Like a lost treasure, I have designed and mixed this blend for the dear symbol of our Brittany coast, the potato.

Story

Cook potatoes in water, peel them, add a knob of organic salted butter and a pinch of “Trésor Oublié” in place of the usual pepper and fleur de sel. Lightly mash with a fork and enjoy.
Can also be used in place of pepper in other potato-based recipes: mashed potatoes, boiled or steamed potatoes, shepherd’s pie, and soups.
