Recommendations
Pour 1 teaspoon per cup into a teapot (for children, use ½ teaspoon per cup). Cover with water at 90°C (194°F) and infuse for 8 minutes.

The starting point was to bring together the edible ingredients traditionally found in a classic "eau de Cologne": citrus zest, lavender, rosemary, orange blossom...
I was inspired by bergamot mint, also known as “eau-de-cologne mint,” adding sweet notes with meadowsweet and vanilla.
