The starting point was to bring together the edible ingredients traditionally found in a classic "eau de Cologne": citrus zest, lavender, rosemary, orange blossom...
I was inspired by bergamot mint, also known as “eau-de-cologne mint,” adding sweet notes with meadowsweet and vanilla.
