A vanilla with a very deep flavour. Comoros vanilla is ideal for recipes with chocolate: mousses, hot chocolate, chocolate cakes, chocolate creams, ganache... It can also be used in vegetable broths such as those based on celery, potato or pumpkin.

A vanilla with scents of underbrush and laurel bay, and a pure, straight and well-defined taste.
Half a centimeter (0.1 in) gives mellowness and depth to a vegetable broth, a cauliflower creme, peas or pumpkin.
I also like to use this large vanilla by dipping some in my hot chocolate or in a tea (1 cm / 0.4 in for a cup).
