Celery Salt is a light blend that is traditionally used to season tomato juice.
It can also be used to flavor vegetable broths and bean dishes. Bloody Mary cocktails wouldn’t be the same without it.
The fine sea salt we use is harvested by Lionel Charteau, a ‘paludier’ (salt gatherer), in southern Brittany.
