Conseil Count around 3 stigmas per person. The stigmas are to be infused for 15 minutes in 2 tablespoons of water. Then into a dish or sauce 30 minutes before the end of cooking.

For Spanish saffron, we work with a small family company Azafranes Jiloca. In 1995, the Plumet family made the bet to continue cultivating saffron in Aragon. In this region, culture was falling into disuse for lack of economic viability. It is a successful bet with this high quality saffron.
