Conseil Count around 3 stigmas per person. The stigmas are to be infused for 15 minutes in 2 tablespoons of water. Then into a dish or sauce 30 minutes before the end of cooking.


Iran produces 90% of the production in the world. In this territory, saffron has been cultivated since the 10th century BC. The Iranian saffron that we have selected comes from a family saffron farm established in the historic region of saffron, in the east of the country.
