Conseil Spoon 1 teaspoon per cup into a tea pot, cover with just-boiling water, and steep 5 minutes. Be sure to make a large pot; most people want a second cup.

I created this herbal tea infusion to celebrate Le Bricourt Restaurant’s third Michelin star. The tea is both calming and energizing; it invigorates and soothes away small aches and fatigue.
Rêves d'étoiles® was created in 2006 after Olivier Roellinger was awarded a third Michelin star for his restaurant Le Bricourt in Cancale, which has been transformed in La Maison du Voyageur where we prepared spice blends.
