Flavor the tofu, feta cheese. Mixes with yoghurt for crunchy raw vegetables.

Conseil Add to cottage cheese or whipped cream for creamy sauces, on salad vegetables or marinated fish. Sprinkle on grated carrots in vinaigrette or other raw vegetables.

Aquatic and fresh dimension flooded with sunshine. The duo green anise and green cardamom is subtle.

The recipe for this powder came to me in the early morning as I stood at the Cochin port, this Indian eye that has looked towards the West since the 4th century.
I imagined this powder to combine it with dairy products such as yoghurt, fromage blanc or crème fraîche, to pay tribute in my own way to this great meeting between India and our cuisine.
