Recommendations
To flavor hot chocolate, add 1/2 teaspoon to a hot chocolate mixture of milk and chocolate. Bring the combination to a boil, whisking constantly. Remove from heat to infuse, then reheat and serve. The blend can also replace cinnamon in dessert recipes (crumbles, fruit purées and applesauce, and apple tarts).
