I wanted to shake things up with my potato-leek potage! Fairies' Powder has a flavor that's reminiscent of the feeling you have after a walk in the woods, like Brocéliande Forest in the heart of Brittany. I believe the fairies, of which there are so many in Brittany, helped guide me to create this blend.
