I long thought about how to bring out the best in a fruit salad. This spice mix was first created for a strawberry salad, then a mixed berry salad but it works with any fruit salad. It develops the flavours of the fruits themselves while marrying their acidity and their aromas. A good pinch per person in a fruit salad is sufficient, but you should wait 1 hour for the aromas to fully develop.
