The 'Poudre Botanique de Printemp'® tends to the taste of the awakening of nature, it can be used in several ways :

For a small bowl of broth : In each bowl, pour 25 cl. boiling water on ½ tea spoon of the 'Poudre Botanique'. Let infuse and rest the spices at the bottom of the bowl for 3 minutes then enjoy.

To sprinkle : This vegetable seasoning is also suitable for beans, lentils, rice and various cereals by sprinkling this powder 10 minutes before the end of cooking (about ½ tsp for 2 people)

For a broth of spring vegetables : Ideal with a broth that brings together the ornaments of asparagus (ends of the base of asparagus). Allow about 300 gr of ornaments for 1 tsp. of 'Poudre Botanique de Printemps' and 1/2 liter of water. Boil all. To consume alone or by adding other small vegetables.

We imagined 4 seasonings of spices to transcribe the perfumes and quintessence of each season. The 'Poudres Botaniques' are blends of spices for broths of life. They also serve as seasonings.
A 'Poudre Botanique' allows you to make a broth in the moment with only hot water. The 4 'Poudres Botaniques' also flavor vegetables and legumes to the taste of the seasons. The plates become the mirrors of passing time and seasons that pass by.
