Spring Botanique Powder has flavors that evoke nature's yearly awakening and can be used in several different ways:

To make a bowl of bouillon:

Spoon ½ teaspoon of Botanique Powder into a bowl and pour 250 ml. (1 cup) boiling water over top. Infuse 3 minutes to let the spices rest at the bottom of the bowl, then enjoy.

To finish a dish :

This vegetable-forward blend can be used to season beans, lentils, rice and other grains by adding it to the pot 10 minutes before the end of cooking time. (Use ½ teaspoon for every two servings.)

To make a springtime vegetable broth:

Perfect in a broth made with asparagus ends. Use 1 teaspoon Botanique Powder – Spring per 300 g. (3/4 lb.) asparagus ends and ½ liter (2 cups) water. Boil together, then serve on its own or with other diced vegetables mixed in.
