Olivier Rœllinger's words

I think Phu Quoc pepper is one of the most savory varieties around.
The pepper plants grow by the water on Phu Quoc, a magnificent island in southern Vietnam. The salt-kissed, seaside location gives them a hint of briny flavor.
I especially love how Phu Quoc Black Pepper has sun-dried tomato fragrance notes, which brings out the flavors of shellfish. I especially enjoy its spiciness with crab soup, langoustines, and stuffed crab.

Story

Phu Quoc Island, which is also known for its superior quality fish sauce, has been producing pepper since the 19th century.
Growers still use traditional production methods, and we work directly with a family from the island who have a 12-acre farm.
