Olivier Rœllinger's words

Historically and geographically, peppers have always pleased the most refined palates, even in Paris which ventured into creating beautiful blends.

From the end of the 18th century, Parisians became very keen on pepper blends, including an eight-pepper blend that I have created.

This blend is based on Cascabel Chile from Mexico. This eight-pepper blend showcases Panniyoor black pepper from India, Phu-Quoc from Vietnam, a Malabar red pepper from India, red Kampot from Cambodia, a green pepper from India, a Sansho pepper from Japan, Sichuan from China, and Timut from Nepal. Ground Pepper à la mode de Paris is France’s taste history in a bottle.

This balanced, powerfully aromatic, ground pepper blend, is the perfect size for slipping into your pocket or your suitcase. It will accompany all your dishes for original salads, fish and meat dishes, or sandwiches.

A rare gem which enhances all types of dishes!
