Story

Aguaselva, a premium Criollo cultivar that grows in its region of origin in the state of Tabasco in southern Mexico.
Cocoa beans are then sun-dried for several days, and fermented slowly during 4 days. No soy lecithin. Chocolate bars are handcrafted in France by Grain de vanille ® pâtisserie in Cancale for Epices Roellinger.
