This limited edition orange thyme (Thymus fragrantissimum) is grown on the Emerald Coast, just 3 km from Cancale. The producer is passionate about what he does and grows also fresh herbs for Hugo’s dishes at La Table du Coquillage. Supplies are extremely limited—we only receive a few kilos of the herb each year.
