|Conservation / Utilisation||Add a strip of fresh lemon or lime zest, it will be even more heady-scented. Pour into a teapot, 1/2 tsp of infusion per cup. Cover with barely boiling water. Infuse for 3 minutes, but no more than 5 minutes.

In 1992, I wanted to serve at my table an infusion of spices that I had never found. So, I resolved to create it myself using the principles of aromatherapy. It was to become the first of a nice collection. It always helps me to find serenity.
