It’s an oil with the scents of Andalusia, almost straight out of A Thousand and One Nights. You might easily have found it in Aladdin’s lamp.
While I was gently sautéeing langoustine tails in salted butter in the kitchens of the Maison du Voyageur, I dreamed up this oil with its magical perfume.
