We all greatly appreciate the Japanese sesame specialty, gomasio; we took the emotion of taste one step further with this Celtic gomasio where Breton buckwheat, nigella, a variety of Indian coriander, and a few grains of fleur de sel from our Guérande salt harvester are harmoniously combined in a surprisingly obvious blend.
Finally, you can leave the jar on the table and let everyone help themselves.
