Two aromas from the south seas meet the quintessence of the north Atlantic.
The island of Madagascar, historically called “L’île de la Lune” by Arab sailors, inspired this Fleur de sel with hints of vanilla and keffir lime. Back then, in fact, the North-South sailing route around the island used to take an entire lunar cycle.
