The corsair Chef

Olivier Roellinger was born in Cancale, Brittany, where he used to dream of long-distance yacht racing. After having been the victim of an assault, in A Clockwork Orange way, he remained paralysed for two years, had to rethink his life, and decided to become a chef. In 1982 he opened les Maisons de Bricourt, where people come from all cover the world to sample his exceptional cooking.
