Olivier Rœllinger's words

A clean and camphor taste of cardamom with notes of British sweets and eucalyptus.

Story

Originally, purple cardamom (Amomum subulatum Roxb) thrives in the cold forests of Himalaya at an altitude of 1000 meters. The plants grow in the shade of other trees.
The cardamom fruits are 2 cm brown pods with purple nuances that are filled with highly aromatic grains. Given its size, purple cardamom is known as " large cardamom".
Purple Cardamom is used to season curries, masalas, and biryani dishes. It is also delicious to flavor a black tea.
