7 is the magic number for our selection of aromatic herbs. The lucky combination provides a balanced of flavors that play off one another to lend a harmonious herbal note to a wide variety of dishes.

The wild thyme and rosemary used in this blend are rare culinary herb varieties. They are hand-harvested in the garrigues of Southern France using small sickles. The majoram, basil, and winter savory are grown on small French farms and are harvested by hand as well. The sage we have chosen thrives in northern Sicily. This variety is grown in citrus groves and tended by an herbalist with a passion for aromatic plants that are native to Sicily. All of the herbs in the blend are organically grown. They are meticulously dried using traditional methods so that they retain all of their fragrance and flavor.

Suggested Recipe: Sprinkle over goat cheese before roasting in the oven, or use to season sautéed potatoes. Summer Recipe: Halve large, ripe summer tomatoes, sprinkle each half with 7-Herb Blend, and at 350˚F/180˚C for 15 to 20 minutes.
