The aim of this powder is to allow you to taste something similar.
All you need to do is add a teaspoon of Tonkin powder to 1/2 litre of water with a squeeze of lime, a few leaves of coriander and fresh mint. Bring to a simmer and infuse for 15 minutes.
You can then add to this bouillon a few young vegetables precooked in boiling water, a few shellfish or small fish fillets, and some cooked rice noodles or potato rounds.

The soups served in Hanoï touched me with their purity. True bouillons of health and pleasure, they can be tasted in the streets of the city. These bouillons are the most modern in the world thanks to their simplicity, cleanness, clarity and depth. They bring us serenity and energy. The magic of the famous "pho" soup sublimates our seaside and our cliff.
And I created this Tonkin powder in memory of this soup that varies with the loops of the Mekong.
